Lime Developments was commissioned to step in and oversee the creation of a new ownership and business model when new owners took charge of this historic manor. With our expertise and commitment, Lime Developments also managed the interior and exterior redecoration, electrical fit-out and new commercial bar and associated commercial kitchen of this Category 2 Historic Building. This restoration was completed while the building was fully operational and open to the public. Now in a consulting role, Lime Developments continues to work alongside the owners and operations managers to continue building the brand and presence of this boutique historic hotel and restaurant.
Eliza’s Manor radiates charm from the very moment you step through its doors. It offers restaurant and bar, luxury accommodation and a function facility with the ability to accommodate up to 80 people.
Whether it is a cocktail party for 80, or a conference for 20, Eliza’s has tailored options. Eliza’s Manor exudes old-world charm transporting guests back through the decades of one of our unique heritage sites in Christchurch.
